Thermolyne's Type 1900 Hot plate is the most accurately controlled hot plate on the market. Demand-type thermostatic control holds the cast aluminum top within ±3°C up to 93°C and ±1.1°C from 93°C to the maximum 371°C. The control provides rapid heat-up by responding with full power until the desired temperature is reached. When the temperature setting is reached, the thermostatic control will then cycle. The thermostat also compensates for ambient temperature changes and line voltage fluctuations. Embedded heating elements provide excellent heating distribution while protecting the wire from physical distortion. Temperature: 700°F - 371°C. Plate size: 6-1/4"x6-1/4". Volts: 120.
